At the 15th International Conference on the History and Archaeology of Jordan (ICHAJ 15), Dr. Elisa Pruno presented a paper on the presence of glazed pottery, especially fritware (also known as stone-paste ware) both in Bilad al Sham and the CAM area, in particular during 12th-14th centuries. Her talk raised much interest and received a special mention in the local Jordan Times!
